VISION
The Francisco Q. Duque Medical Foundation Regular High School envisions itself to be a well-respected secondary school in Region 1 that promotes excellence among its students and prepares them holistically for their college or vocational education. It recognizes the uniqueness of every individual and response to the diverse needs of learners.
MISSION
FQD Regular High School provides its students a learning climate by promoting the right background, guidance, attitudes and direction in preparation for their academic and vocational careers.

PHILOSOPHY
The Francisco Q. Duque Medical Foundation Special Science High School believes in the following principles:
The youth is the highest potential resource of any nation;
The youth should be provided with complete science education so that they are enabled to enjoy the advantages of scientific and technological processing world.
Science and Technology guided by high ethical standards are the greatest means to attain economic and social advancement and national development.
The Filipino youth while encouraged to proceed to the direction of science and technology should learn in an atmosphere of discipline and values.
Scientific and Technological knowledge of the youth should also be balanced by their immersion to languages, arts and culture.
MISSION
Guided by the principle “Genius with a heart; intelligence with a conscience”, the FQD prepares students for their respective collegiate courses and nurtures them to be individuals with discipline, futuristic attitude, appreciation of the values of science and technology and respect of their culture.
VISION
THE FQDMFSSHS envisions a duly accredited secondary institution actively preparing would be collegiate students who are proficient in their academic subjects particularly science and technology, and possess strong sense of values and discipline.
OBJECTIVES
The FQDMFSSHS endeavors to pursue the following objectives:
To provide the students basic information, education and training on the different aspects of science and technology in relation to their preparation for college.
To develop the students sense of keen observation, analytic and critical thinking, and research.
To encourage innovation and creativity among students.
To instill among students concern for the environment, community and the country.
To provide students a balanced atmosphere of arts and culture in the pursuit of technological and scientific learning.
